簡介:電(dian)(dian)梯限速器(qi),是(shi)電(dian)(dian)梯安全(quan)保護系統中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全(quan)控制(zhi)部件(jian)之一。當電(dian)(dian)梯在運行中(zhong)無論(lun)何種原因使(shi)轎(jiao)廂(xiang)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)超速,甚至發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)墜落的(de)(de)危險,而所有其他(ta)安全(quan)保護裝置不起作用的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,則限速器(qi)和安全(quan)鉗發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聯動動作,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)梯轎(jiao)廂(xiang)停(ting)住(zhu)。
作用:是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)保護(hu)裝(zhuang)置。它隨時(shi)(shi)監(jian)測控制著(zhu)轎廂的(de)速度(du),當出(chu)現超速度(du)情(qing)況時(shi)(shi),即電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯額定速度(du)的(de)115%時(shi)(shi),能及時(shi)(shi)發出(chu)信(xin)號,繼而產生機(ji)(ji)械動作切斷(duan)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),使曳(ye)引機(ji)(ji)制動。如果電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯仍然無法制動則安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)在轎廂底部的(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)鉗動作將轎廂強(qiang)制制停(ting)。限速器是指令發出(chu)者,而安(an)(an)全(quan)鉗是執(zhi)行(xing)者。兩者的(de)共同作用才出(chu)現了安(an)(an)全(quan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯之說。
限(xian)速(su)器安全(quan)鉗系統是電梯必不可少的(de)安全(quan)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,當電梯超速(su)、運行失控(kong)或懸(xuan)掛裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置斷裂(lie)時(shi),限(xian)速(su)器安全(quan)鉗裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置迅速(su)將電梯轎廂制停在(zai)導軌(gui)上,并(bing)保持靜止狀態,從而避免發生人員傷(shang)亡及設備損壞事故。
